The 3rd Annual Williamson County Traffic Safety Event will be held on April 5th, 6th and 7th, 2011. This event is designed to suplement and reinforce classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction for Driver's Education students. This three day event uses presentations and active participation to deliver important safe-driving information to the students. in the past this event has been entirely community sponsored, allowing schools to participate at no cost to them.
 
Thomason Express, LLC. is proud to be a part of this program and sponsors the No Zone Semi Display. This forty minute session combines a presentation on the hazards of driving in the blind spots of a semi-truck/trailer combination with active participation by the students. The young adults will have the opportunity to sit in the driver's seat of a Semi that has cars parked in various positions around it. They will be able to use the mirrors of the truck to experience first-hand what the drivers can and cannot see while driving down the road.
